How FORME PRO works
FORME PRO is our whole-space scent diffuser, with HVAC and standalone applications assessed during your consultation. The right configuration depends on your building, ventilation and installation requirements. We will review compatibility before recommending a setup.
Operating hours and scent output can be adjusted to suit your business. A small reception area may need a different approach from an open retail floor, and a space open five days a week will use fragrance differently from one welcoming guests every day. We consider these details when planning your scenting routine.
Fragrance consumption varies with settings, hours of operation and the needs of your space. We will discuss expected refill needs during the consultation so you can choose a plan with a clear understanding of the ongoing cost.
Three ways to bring FORME PRO into your space
PRO Essentials | $69 CAD per month
A straightforward starting point for businesses that want equipment rental with the freedom to purchase fragrance as needed. PRO Essentials includes the diffuser rental, initial setup and an equipment warranty. Fragrance is purchased separately based on your consumption.
PRO Signature | $179 CAD per month
For businesses that prefer a plan with fragrance and regular service included, PRO Signature combines the diffuser rental with one 500 mL fragrance refill each month and quarterly service visits. Additional fragrance is charged separately if your space requires more than the included monthly refill.
PRO Own | $89 CAD per month
For businesses that would like to work toward owning their equipment, PRO Own offers a 12-month rent-to-own option. Initial setup and an equipment warranty are included, with fragrance purchased separately. Ownership transfers after all required payments have been completed.
All three plans require a 12-month agreement and a refundable $250 equipment deposit, subject to the agreement's terms. Prices are in Canadian dollars before applicable taxes. Installation requirements, any additional charges and monthly billing arrangements are confirmed before your agreement begins.

Approved commercial partners can access 500 mL fragrance refills at $136.80 CAD before applicable taxes. Partner pricing is subject to approval, and refill needs are assessed individually.
